THE INTIMATE PACKAGE
£950
A relaxed, flexible option designed to beautifully capture the most meaningful parts of your day.
- Pre-wedding video call or in-person meeting to go through your plans and timeline
- 5 hours of coverage with one photographer, with start and finish times chosen by you (coverage ending no later than 8:30pm)
- A preview gallery delivered within 2 weeks, so you can start reliving your day straight away
- A full online gallery of professionally edited images (approximately 200–400 photos)
- Your gallery includes options to purchase additional extras such as prints, albums, keepsakes, and extra hours of coverage
- Full licence to download, print, and share your images freely (copyright remains with @victoriaelstonphotography)
- Final gallery delivered within 8 weeks (you’ll be kept updated if any additional time is needed)
Multiple venues or extended coverage may incur an additional fee.
THE FULL PACKAGE

Designed to capture your entire story, from the quiet morning moments to the energy of your evening celebrations.
- Pre-wedding video call or in-person meeting, including the option of a venue visit to plan your day
- Full day coverage with one photographer, from bridal preparations through to the first dance (coverage ending at 8:30pm)
- Time dedicated to couple portraits (approximately 15–30 minutes) along with coverage of your group photographs
- A preview gallery delivered within 2 weeks, so you can start reliving your day straight away
- A full online gallery of professionally edited images (approximately 400–600 photos)
- Your gallery includes options to purchase additional extras such as prints, albums, and keepsakes
- Full licence to download, print, and share your images freely (copyright remains with @victoriaelstonphotography)
- Final gallery delivered within 8 weeks (you’ll be kept updated if any additional time is needed)

How do we book?
It's really simple!
The first step is to get in touch. I'd love to hear all about you both, your wedding plans so far and what you're dreaming up for your day. If you'd prefer, we can always arrange a quick chat over the phone too.
Once you're ready to book, simply click the Book Your Wedding button or use the booking link I'll send you. You'll choose your wedding date, complete your booking details, sign your contract and pay a 20% booking fee to officially secure your date.
Around a month before your wedding, we'll meet for a coffee or arrange a Zoom call to chat through your timeline, final plans and everything you want captured. It's also a lovely chance for us to get to know each other before the big day, so when I arrive with my camera, I already feel like a familiar face rather than a stranger.
Do you photograph small weddings?
Absolutely! Whether you're planning an intimate registry office ceremony, a micro wedding or a small celebration with your closest family and friends, I'd love to hear all about it.
My Half Day Collection includes up to 5 hours of coverage, making it perfect for many smaller weddings. If you're planning something even more intimate and need less coverage, just get in touch. I'm always happy to create a bespoke package to suit your plans.
Every wedding is unique, no matter the size, and it deserves to be captured with the same care and attention to detail.
When will our gallery be ready?
I deliver your full wedding gallery within 8 weeks, but you won't have to wait that long to start reliving your day. Around two weeks after your wedding, I'll send you a beautiful preview gallery with a selection of highlights to enjoy and share while I put the finishing touches on your full story.
Every image in your final gallery is personally selected and professionally edited by me. I don't rely on AI to choose your story, because no computer experienced your wedding day the way I did. I remember the little moments, the unexpected laughter, the proud glances from your parents and the atmosphere that made your day uniquely yours.
Creating your gallery takes time, care and attention, but I truly believe your memories deserve nothing less. Your story is worth the wait.
